We work with you to accommodate your payment terms. AEP Books and Media accepts PO's, contracts, BPA's, pre-payment, check, EFT and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express.) We can offer each client the ability to customize invoicing - by lot (total order after shipment), per shipment, pre-pay or per box per shipment.

Blanket Purchase Agreements

AEP Books and Media accepts blanket purchase agreements, which reduces paperwork and saves administrative time. This acquisition method, which used to fill repetitive needs for supplies or servicers, is set up as a charge account for a specific amount that a customer or organization can place orders against.

No Obligation Itemized Quote

All customers can call and get a free, no obligation quote at any time. AEP quotes carry no obligation to purchase and are good for 30 days, they can be updated once original is provided to add or delete (may change the price) titles and quantity's until it meets their needs.
