Return Policy:

We appreciate your business and hope that the products you order meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return the items in salable condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. In order to receive a refund you must contact customerservice@aepbooks.com and get authorization to send back the items.

* Because of limitations placed on AEP by some publishers, certain special order titles may not be returnable and/or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service, UPS or Fedex. You have the option to choose from either Priority Mail or Express Mail during checkout. Should this be an inconvenience and you would prefer another carrier for whatever reason, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Please be advised that orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.

We work closely with our carriers to ensure that all shipments are shipped in the most cost effective way. Your shipping charge is calculated based on weight and is given to you after you select the shipping method that best suits your needs.

We ship to the United States, APO, FPO,and US Protectorates.

We also work with freight carriers on large orders to cut the cost of shipping. Large order freight quotes are provided to you when that shipping method becomes economical.

AEP Books cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping due to weather conditions.

If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.

Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not able to be tracked.
